Colburn Community Health & Recreation Centre is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up from members of the local community. All are are fully committed to our ethos of providing facilities in the interests of social welfare for the recreation or other leisure time occupation of persons who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity, disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstance with the object of improving their quality of life
